Dorothy "Dotty" Harper-Lee
She is a fun-loving frog and the main character of the series. She lives in a rundown houseboat that sits tied to the pier in the Louisiana swamp. Dreaming of becoming a world-famous chef like her more famous cousin Nium; a constant antagonist and stumbling block in her life. However, despite the adversity she continues to put herself out there with her unwavering optimism and the support of her friends.

Nium Lee
Dotty's famous cousin. A celebrity chef and a cocky, confident personality. He had started several restaurants and cooking shows all based around his unique form of cuisine thanks to his "secret sauce" made of his not so poisonous slime. When it’s added to his food it makes his dishes irresistible. Given his ease of fame it has gone to his head, making him even more stuck up and prudish towards who he defines as his "less refined cousin".

Dotty's Best friend who moved to Louisiana from New York. A freeloader she often crashes at either Dotty's house or her boyfriend Trevor's apartment. She’s a no-rules street skater who finds herself near the coast. Not one to stray too far from the urban environment, Zee often can be found doing up various blank walls with murals of spray paint art. More so rough around the edges she's always getting into trouble that Dotty is often helping her out of.

Never one to cause a fuss over much of anything, he is often dragged along on Zee and Dotty's antics when he's got free time. He's passionate about all aspects of skating and thinks that Zee using skating sneakers or rollerblades makes her stand out. Trevor will always be down for a good time with his friends.
